Waine Morgan began investing in businesses and real estate in 1997. He has more than two decades in buying, rehabbing, selling and renting real estate. He specializes in single, multifamily residential as well as commercial real estate and small business acquisitions. Waine has been a mentor, motivational public speaker and trainer since 2002.

 

Waine has both classroom instruction and one on one teaching experience and has trained thousands of students in real estate investing and business acquisition strategies. He is the President and CEO of Morgan Property Consulting, LLC which provides consulting services to individuals and corporations, including Elite Legacy and Rich Dad Education. His aim with every client is to equip them with the necessary tools to reach their investing goals.
